We will schedule a kickoff meeting, and you will receive a Slack invitation to a private channel dedicated to your project. You will receive updates on the project every 24-48 hours until the project is completed.
Due to the nature of our work, we do not provide refunds.
No worries. We will make revisions until you are.
The 14 days timeline depends on the plan you choose, revisions, and the amount of time you take to give feedback. If we exceed the 14 days timeline it's because of one of the above reasons. So, we keep working together until the project is completed.
Throughout the project, we will share updates via Slack. During the onboarding process, you will get an invite to our Slack where you will have a dedicated channel for your project. We send frequent Loom updates and keep meetings to a minimum.
Yes! While we highly recommend Webflow for its performance, we can develop your site outside of Webflow if you don’t have the budget for a Webflow subscription.
If you decide to cancel your plan, you can still use our services until the end of the current billing time. We will continue working with you during this time. If you choose to pause your plan, any unused time will be saved and will be used later when you're ready to resume with us.
